Antarctic blast across the country.

Setting off for our next trip north coincided with one of the coldest bursts of winter in south eastern Australia.  Whilst we were never high enough to encounter snow, the cattle we saw in sunshine one day

were munching ice the next morning.

Lots of water in the Lachlan valley, everything green but winter damp.
